Email: lannysummer@163.com

My research scope includes Insect taxonomy, evolution, phylogeny, phylogeography, behaviour, wetland conservation and assesment.

I achieved my PhD degree in 2008 from the College of Life Sciences of Nankai University. From 2008 to 2011, I finished my postdoctoral research in College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Nankai University, focusing on freshwater biomonitoring using benthic macroinvertebrates. From 2011 to 2017 I worked, as a faculty member, in the College of Life Sciences of Nankai University. Since September, 2017 I works as a faculty member in the College of Life Sciences of Chongqing Normal University. From 2019 to 2020 I worked as a postdoctor in profosser Adolfo Cordero-Rivera's ECOEVO lab in Vigo University, Spain.
